Annual Homeowner's Meeting

It's time once again for our annual homeowner's association meeting.  As usual, the meeting will be at the Brentwood library meeting rooms.  Snacks and drinks will be served.

Meeting time as at 7:00 PM.  Meetings typically run 60 - 90 minutes long.  Items on the agenda include:

1. Budget presentation - what we've spent / where we're headed
2. Social Calendar - upcoming social events
3. Elect Board members (3 of 5 positions open)
4. Q & A

This is your once a year one-hour opportunity for you to actively participate in your local community.  If you can't make it please fill out a proxy form to give to one of your neighbors or mail it to Timmons.
