Annual HOA Meeting

It's time once again for our annual homeowner's association meeting.  As usual, the meeting will be at the Brentwood library meeting rooms.

Meeting time as at 7:00 PM.  Meetings typically run 60 - 90 minutes long.  Items on the agenda include:

1. Budget presentation - what we've spent / where we're headed
2. Social Calendar - upcoming social events
3. Elect Board members (3 of 5 positions open)
4. Q & A

This is your once a year one-hour opportunity for you to actively participate in your local community.  If you can't make it please fill out a proxy form to give to one of your neighbors or mail it to Timmons.
