Get Ready for the Chestnut Springs 3rd Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale! Saturday, May 19 |
The Chestnut Springs Social Committee will place a classified ad in The Tennessean, put up signs at our front entrance, and provide balloons for participating homes. All you need to do is tie the balloons to your mailbox and put out your items.
You can pick up balloons and string from Leslie Murray’s home at 9738 Northfork Drive, the day before, or morning of, the sale.
If you don’t have items to sell, this is your chance to go shopping and pick up some bargains from your neighbors.
If you are concerned about where to park your car(s) during the sale, please move them to the clubhouse parking lot, this will keep traffic moving smoothly. We will have our sale rain or shine – let’s hope for sunshine!
At the end of the day, you can drop off the rest of your odds and ends at the Goodwill donation center on Wilson Pike (off Concord Road), next to the fire station. You may also call ARC (association for retarded citizens) for pick up. Their number is 248-4112.
