Chestnut Springs HOA Board and Community Property Owners...

Over the next few weeks E. Roberts Alley and Associates will be placing right-of-way monuments in Cchestnut Springs subdivision, and the adjoining Owl Landing subdivision. This is a requiement of the city of Brentwood. E. Roberts Alley and Associates is taking every method possible to try to cause as little disturbance as possible to home owners. A 4" square monument approximatly 2 feet long will be place at all street right-of-way intersections and beginning and ending of street curves.

We will install these monuments flush with the ground and they should not be apparent after grass has grown around. We are placing these mouments by hand and not with a tractor and auger to try to limit disturbance.

You will notice that utilities are being marked in the front of lots. this is required to try avoid any utility services or lines. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause and we will try to cause as little disturbance as possible. If any questions please call me at 615-373-1567 or contact the city of Brentwood.
