WHO: All Chestnut Springs homeowners
WHAT: Annual Chestnut Springs Homeowner's Association Meeting
WHEN:Tuesday April 4 at 7:00 PM (*)
WHERE: Brentwood Library meeting room A

If you are unable to attend, please let your vote be heard by printing and filling out the proxy form and giving it to a trusted neighbor that will be attending.

Topics to be covered include: Q: Why don't we meet at the clubhouse? Why the library?

A: Parking, fire code and seating.

Parking: Unless the majority of attendees walks to the meeting, there is simply not adequate parking.

Fire code: This once a year meeting is important, and we want everyone to attend. The maximum occupancy of the clubhouse is 99. We have 144 houses in our neighborhood. If just one person from each house attends, that will exceed the fire code for the clubhouse. While we know that we will never have 100% attendance, it is common for 2 or more people from the same house attend the meeting.

Seating: Even though the maximum occupancy is 99, we only have seating for about 20 (including the couches).

In short, the library meeting rooms are simply better equipped to handle a large meeting. While we understand that meeting at the clubhouse would be much more convenient than the library, we urge you to spend the extra 10 minutes just once a year to come to the library for the annual HOA meeting.

Thank you.

(*) The meeting was originally scheduled for March 28, but was rescheduled to April 4 when it was discovered that Williamson county schools had spring break at that time.
